Winter Liner w/ Zippered On/Off Bottom features a 100% cotton twill top with polyester fleece lining and 100% polyester bottom. The navy twill and binding are flame retardant until washed. The polyester fleece lining is not flame retardant. Navy top with black bottom. Button closure and zipper are all plastic – no metal parts.
