Lining is fleeced for softness. Whisk-It™; treatment won't wash out--stays resistant to bacteria, odors and wrinkles for up to 75 washings. Sweatshirts feature five bands of 2 inch wide 3M Scotchlite reflective material and are certified to meet ANSI Class 3 requirements.
