This vest is made from 100% Modacrylic material which is inherently flame resistant and meets the ASTM F1506 standard for flame resistance. It will maintain its flame resistance even with repeated washing. In addition its meets the ANSI 107-2004 Class 2 standards. Front, outside pocket can easily hold a cell phone or keys. Fastens using a flame resistant 7" hook and loop strip.
